Lessons and Classes

Group and private drumming lessons focused on West African percussion are available on request.  The benefit of group experiences in this genre of music cannot be under emphasized.  You cannot truly experience West African music until you have experienced all of the layers together. 

Group classes are taught every 2 weeks in Bond Head (near Alliston ON) on Monday nights at 730.  Group lessons also taught periodically in Orangeville, Guelph, and Burlington. 

Drop-ins for adult classes are welcome; drums are available for borrowing only with advance notice.

Performances and Interactive Workshops

Small and large scale one-time or series workshops can be arranged to suit the needs of your group. Extra performers can be brought on to accommodate large groups, those interested in more advanced workshops, or those looking for a multi-faceted sonic experience.  We can accommodate most event needs for workshops or performances from small scale house parties to crowds of hundreds or thousands of people.  Options for interactive workshops for groups up to 100 can be negotiated.  Prices vary depending on length of session, distance, and number of musicians required.
